Accessible parking is located across from the south box office and south gate. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis for patrons with valid accessible tags.
Guests should arrive early to ensure space availaibility and to allow time to reach their seats prior to the start of the show. The parking lot opens two (2) hours before gates on the day of the event.
All venue gates are accessible for our guests with disabilities. All walkways to and from the gates to the seating areas are paved.
Accessible seating is available to purchase in all price levels/seating areas for each event. Please see our seating chart for more detailed information on where accessible seating is located.
Patrons requiring special seating accommodations should request them at the time of purchase.
Patrons may purchase up to three (3) companion seats in addition to their accessible seat. The Orion Amphitheater will provide full wheelchair accessible seating in spaces or locations designated as such and no permanent fixed chair will be provided for these locations.
Tickets for the accessible seats go on sale at the same time as all other tickets go on sale for an event and are available at axs.com. first come, first served basis.

Accessible seating is available to those with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability. This includes individuals who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances because of significant arthritis, or severe respiratory, circulatory or cardiac conditions. Individuals who, because of their disability, cannot sit in straight-back chair or those whose service dogs that cannot fit under a non-accessibile seat or lie safely in the aisle are also permitted to purchase accessible seats.

Sign Language Interpreters
The Orion Amphitheater can provide a sign language interpreter upon request. Interpreters must be requested at least three (3) weeks prior to the event. For more information, please email email@example.com.
Listening devices are available at no charge for most events. For more information, please see the Guest Services tent on the day of your event.
Pets are not allowed at any event unless otherwise specified on the event page.
Service animals are permitted in the amphitheater. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained. If a service animal interfreres with other guests, corrective action may be re-arranging seating or removal of the service animal from the amphitheater.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals as defined by the 2010 ADA Guidelines and are NOT allowed.
The Orion Amphitheater has a limited number of wheelchairs available onsite to assist guests with mobility issues to and from their seats. Assistance can be requested at Guest Services or by asking a member of our event staff. If you or a loved one will require assistance into or out of a wheelchair, please plan on beinging an able-bodied and competent compaion to assist you.
Concessions and Merchandise
All concessions and merchandise windows located within The Orion Amphitheater are accessible.
It is the policy of the Huntsville Venue Group ("HSV" or “the company”) that the company's online websites and other digital content should be accessible to customers with disabilities including the blind and visually impaired. The company has developed a policy towards achieving its accessibility goals.
