The Transition Team is a Community Rehab Provider, working in partnership with The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (ADRS). We specialize in assisting individuals who qualify for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) in gaining and retaining employment. Our services, and those of the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services, are free of charge for qualifying individuals. We provide Supported Employment services, career services, pre-employment transition services, HR consultation, WOTC education, job readiness, job development, job retention, and much more.
